Having spent 12 years working internationally,
Liz Maynard had the pleasure to work with many famous, influential and the very high end of society including royalty. Organising and catering for events from exclusive dinner parties to events for hundreds and even thousands like the Cannes film festival cocktail parties & Monaco Grand Prix events.

International

Liz Maynard also established a successful cooking school in the South of France, training Chefs for super yachts & exclusive villas. As a part of this Liz was called upon for crew recruitment, matching the right Chef for the right job. Also training Chefs for specific international dietary requests onboard the yachts or in the villas, including in home cooking demonstrations and private lessons.

While overseas Liz wrote and established training courses for the largest yacht crew training and recruitment company in Europe, Blue Water Training and Recruitment. Writing manuals on cooking and service.

New Zealand

Since returning to New Zealand 8 years ago Liz has worked as a contract Chef for a variety of facilities, catering companies, cafes, restaurants, private estates & private dinner parties. Returning for longer term contracts.
